How to Make Orange Cake

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup (7 oz / 200 g) sugar
- ¾ cup (6 fl oz / 180 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 cup (8 fl oz / 240 ml) orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 ½ cups (11 oz / 315 g) all-purpose flour/wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined. Then, add the oil, orange juice, and orange zest.
Mix until smooth, then gradually add the flour while stirring well. Add the baking powder and mix just until incorporated.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 minutes or until golden and firm.
Let it cool slightly before removing from the pan and serving.
