How to Make Banana Pancakes with Just 3 Ingredients

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas (peeled)
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

Begin by organizing all the ingredients. Then, place the eggs in a bowl and beat them well.

In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas thoroughly, then add them to the beaten eggs. Mix well.

Add the shredded coconut to the mixture and continue mixing until you achieve a homogeneous batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.Add portions of the batter to the hot skillet and spread it evenly.

Allow a few minutes for one side of the pancake to brown, then flip it to brown the other side.

Once both sides are golden brown, remove the pancakes from the skillet and serve.
