- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Instructions:
Start by adding the eggs to a bowl and beat well with a whisk until the egg whites are completely dissolved. Now, add the baking powder, mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Then, gradually add the powdered milk, mix well until you get a sticky and homogeneous dough.
Next, use a spoon to scoop portions of the dough, place them on a greased baking pan, and bake in a preheated oven (180º C/356 °F).
Finally, bake for about 10 minutes (or until it rises and turns golden brown), remove from the oven, and it’s ready to serve.
